Bounty Hunter has a practical yet fully live aboard lay out allowing for extended outer reef fishing charters. Heavy Tackle Black Marlin fishing is what Bounty Hunter does best & was designed for, giving those on board a once in a life time fishing opportunity.
Sport & Game Fishing
As a locally Cairns owned & run vessel Bounty Hunter is able to fish all year round. From January through to August, Bounty Hunter fills her fishing list with the delights of the sea such as Juvenile Black Marlin, Sailfish, Dolphin Fish, Mackerel, Giant Trevally & Tuna. Bounty Hunter also is versatile with her style of fishing from Trolling to Popper Chucking.
Live Aboard & Mothershipping
Due to the size of Bounty Hunter, she is the perfect day trip Outer Barrier Reef fishing vessel, yet combined with her power, speed and manoeuvrability she is perfect for extended Black Marlin Live aboard charters. Or, for the ultimate Giant Black Marlin fishing adventure, Bounty Hunter teams up well with any size mother ship, giving you the fishing trip of a life time on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.

Bounty Hunter is the first ever 43 ft O’Brien, built in Townsville and has under gone extensive refitting to accommodate the pleasures of black marlin fishing.

Accommodations
Bounty Hunter will comfortably sleep 6 with ease in 3 sleeping areas including a forward V Berth with 4 bunks and a second double side bunk.
